Christmas 2020
This year has been unlike any other, creating new and demanding challenges not experienced before. Home working a great example, the majority of our clients have had to work from home, and we’d like to recognise the difficulties and challenges this can create. Even the small things such as sending Christmas cards and gifts to clients and colleagues is impacted when there is nobody in the office to receive them. We would still like to thank all our clients for their continued support and to let them know we are thinking about them during these times.
We are thrilled to announce that we have donated £1,750.00 to Martin's House, a local hospice which cares for children and young people on behalf of the eCommerce clients. Plus, a further donation of £1,750.00 to a children's charity in York, Jessie's Fund who have been badly affected by the impact of Covid-19, like many within the NFP sector that we work so closely with daily.
"We are extremely grateful for Mosaic’s donation especially during these difficult times. As I said we have lost a third of our income due to the pandemic so your support is even more vital at this time. Your donation of £1750 will allow us to continue to support children with life limiting conditions and their families across North, West and East Yorkshire. £1750 could fund 35 bereavement counselling sessions for families or 17 community care visits to children in their own home, something that is valued highly at a time where families have become increasingly isolated."
From everyone at Martin House thank you once again for your donation.
"We’re delighted to have been supported so generously by Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions, and very grateful that you have chosen to support a small. local charity in this way. Jessie’s Fund started 25 years ago, here in York, and though we work all over the UK, York is still very much our home. We help children with serious illness, disabilities, and special educational needs by enabling them to communicate through music. So many of the children and young people we work with can’t speak that music can provide a vital means of expression. Your Christmas donation of £1,750, coming at the end of such a difficult year, will help us to reach so many more children. A huge thanks to all at Mosaic."
From everyone at Jessie's Fund thank you once again for your donation
When we shared the news of these corporate donations through our monthly internal newsletters, and our fantastic team at Mosaic wanted to join in with the fundraising.
So, on Friday 11th December, we joined millions of people in the UK, putting on a Christmas Jumper to raise money for charity. The team also wanted to help our local community, so all the various departments from the Contact Centre to the Print Room all rallied to collect tins, jars, loo roll, sanitary products to support a local food bank. We are so proud of all our hard-working team and BIG thanks to all!
Merry Christmas All and Happy New Year!!
