Our client ISOtunes® have an online business selling award-winning hearing protectors from pioneering US-based company Haven Technologies, a consumer safety product company from Indiana.

When Haven Technologies started their business in 2016, their mission was to enhance hearing protection, increase productivity, and promote connectivity, and to do so through merging the latest developments in hearing protection technology with cutting-edge electronics. Their products would be stylish, modern, and lightweight in design.

From the outset, Haven Technologies were, first and foremost, a customer-oriented business. They wanted to leverage emerging technologies to build the best products and uphold the industry's highest standards in customer service. Having fulfilment solutions which truly delighted their customers was critical to their achieving this.

ISOtunes® and ISOtunesSport approached Mosaic Fulfiment Solutions in 2021 to manage their B2B and D2C distribution and warehousing requirements for the UK and Ireland.
