An Art graduate from Gdansk, Natalia arrived in the UK over 8 years ago. Organised and productive, she’s a force of nature who likes to get things done and done properly!
It’s thanks to this drive and attention to detail, as well as her people skills, that she’s worked her way up to Warehouse Supervisor in little over a year, having arrived at Mosaic as a temporary staff member.
Natalia’s first task of the day is to check new orders and allocate them to staff in order of priority. Throughout the day she continues to check for and allocate, supervising her staff to ensure that the highest standards are met and they all go out on time.
No two days are the same and orders vary from packing individual orders such as a box of fair-trade chocolates or an event participant’s bundle, through to making up special kits such as a Bible and pens, or wooden crucifix with a bundle of candles. Natalia loves the variety of products, and the fact that helping our charity clients so that people in need will benefit is an important driver for her in her work.
On a personal level, she’s also a big fan of some products her work has introduced her to, including The Leprosy Mission’s personal care products such as the Faith in Nature range.

Her favourite time of year in the Mosaic warehouse is the busiest – the peak trading season that runs from September to January.
“I love it when it gets extremely busy!” she says. “Getting goods to people for Christmas gives me great job satisfaction. The greater challenge for me is the quieter times of the year.”
